Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
