Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Auto Country. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve operational efficiency
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
Work Environment

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical advice
  • Initiative and judgment to resolve work problems and improve productivity
  • Reliability and dependability to ensure timely completion of tasks
Language and Work Term

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a permanent work term.
