Membership Sales and Team Lead Role at Gold's Gym Calgary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with members and colleagues.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales and retention, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Manage a team of Membership Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the cleaning team to maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring a positive member experience.
- Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures to retain members.
- Assist with payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals for individual and team success.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, as determined by management.
Requirements and Benefits:

- College degree preferred.
