Sales Leadership Role in Luxury Retail

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Nature's Coin Group Ltd.
Job SummaryThis permanent full-time role is responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth in our fine jewellery retail business.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or sales role. They will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. The successful candidate will also have excellent oral communication skills, be accurate, flexible, and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure effective team performance
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or sales role
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization
- Flexibility and reliability
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year
