Membership Team Lead and Sales Director

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Set a high standard by exemplifying our values
- Increase membership numbers through effective prospect conversion and sales strategies
- Foster positive relationships with members and potential clients via personal interactions, phone calls, or emails to provide clear information about our programs and services
- Serve as a team lead, ensuring all team members adhere to policies and procedures at all times
- Collaborate closely with the cleaning team daily to maintain a clean environment, including managing daily cleaning checklists
- Manage membership inquiries, concerns, and feedback according to established procedures to retain members
- Contribute to bi-weekly payroll processes to correct any missed clock-ins/clock-outs and ensure timely submission with signed-off payroll before deadlines
- Host regular meetings with direct reports to discuss performance, offer guidance, and set individual and club goals
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets as defined by Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Prior experience as a team lead or sales manager, preferably with a college degree
- Self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
- The ability to build rapport and connect with diverse groups of people
