- Maintain positive relationships with CityWest customers to ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage customer requests for product and/or service information, order status, and orders
- Utilize fact-finding skills to qualify and quantify customer requirements
- Communicate CityWest products and services to existing and new customers
- Respond to email requests and inquiries using superior customer service and business writing skills
Requirements
- Secondary School Diploma (required)
- Post-secondary studies are an asset
- Minimum one-year experience in a computerized environment
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

About the Location
