We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our team at Wind Japanese & Thai. The successful candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing and business development.

About the Role

As a Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas. This includes performing administrative tasks, planning development projects, developing venture capital sources, conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, and conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

You will also be responsible for advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, conducting public opinion and attitude surveys, gathering, researching and preparing communications material, initiating and maintaining contact with the media, conducting social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends, developing portfolio of marketing materials, evaluating customer service and store environments, designing, conducting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research projects, developing feasibility studies, conducting online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions, maintaining database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites, developing marketing strategies, delivering presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia, developing and implementing business plans, and maintaining and managing digital database.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing and business development
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physically demanding work environment
