We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Foodland. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring that products meet our high standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that products meet established standards.
- Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
