Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Bakery Operations: Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.
- Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a bakery or food service environment is an asset.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
