Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established standards
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality baked goods
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a fast-paced bakery or café environment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
