We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Bakery Operations
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Supervise and assist bakery personnel as needed
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for quality and presentation
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- Experience in a bakery or food service environment is an asset
- Skills and Abilities
