SAP SuccessFactors Principal Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate SAP SuccessFactors Time Management principal consultant to join our elite Professional Services team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors Time Management application solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently lead implementations, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design
• Collaborate closely with right-shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients, maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure timelines are met
• Develop strong client relationships by working closely with client stakeholders and business teams
• Create clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build, and testing
• Support pre-sales activities and work closely with product engineering teams to convey business wish lists and help grow a constantly evolving application product
• Provide go-live, post-go-live, and escalation support
• Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
• Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
• Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients
• Support in escalations to provide timely solutions
• Participate in business process workshops and in the planning of process implementation to ensure quality HXM process models are adopted
• Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools
• Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and support respective line managers in people development tasks
Requirements:
• Must be professionally certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Must be certified in Employee Central Time Management
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time
• Must be located in the U.S. or Canada
• At least 7+ years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• At least 7+ years of consulting experience in Employee Central Time Management
• Has experience with a minimum of 5 full-cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management
• Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
• Understands the Business Process hierarchy and contributes to it
Education and Qualifications:
• University degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Master's degree preferred
• Must speak fluent English
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong business consulting skills
• Strong functional skills in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management

Compensation Range Transparency:
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $142,800 - $243,000 (CAD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
