Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate payroll consultant to join our elite Professional Services team in North America. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll application solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementations, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design
  • Closely collaborate with right-shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients
  • Develop strong client relationships and work closely with client stakeholders and business teams
  • Develop clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build, and testing
  • Support pre-sales activities and work closely with product engineering teams to convey business wish lists and help grow a constantly evolving application product
  • Go-live, post-go-live, and escalation support
  • Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
  • Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients
  • Support in escalations to provide timely solutions
  • Participate in business process workshops and planning of process implementation to ensure quality HCM process models are adopted
Requirements:
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP); preference for Professional certification level
  • At least 8 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors/HCM
  • Experience with minimum of 3 full-cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Ability to travel up to 100%
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
  • Understands the Business Process hierarchy (L1-L4) and contributes to it

The targeted combined range for this position is 102,100-221,700 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
