You'll provide expertise and collaboration tools to support the adoption and consumption of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules, or Learning SuccessFactors HCM modules.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 and 1:M SAP SuccessFactors adoption and consumption focused services and workshops
• Act as a subject matter expert for the mentioned modules
• Develop exclusive content for Preferred Success HCM customers
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success offering
Requirements:
• University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field
• Associate Certification in at least one of the Talent modules (Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules) or Learning
• Employee Central certification or knowledge is considered an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in development, implementation, and enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation or Learning modules
• Curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Customer-focused with flexibility to support global coverage and ability to multitask and support many requests simultaneously
• Knowledge of best practices and industry trends in HCM and talent management
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
