Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our next President and Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth, innovation, and community engagement in a medium to large organization. They will possess excellent strategic and financial acumen, as well as the ability to cultivate strong teams and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization's strategic planning and execution, driving growth and innovation in a rapidly changing market
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to maximize community impact and social responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, employees, and community partners
  • Drive digital transformation and innovation, leveraging technology to enhance the player experience and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure the organization's financial stability and sustainability, while maintaining a strong commitment to community impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in a medium to large organization
  • Proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and community engagement
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset
