Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our Atlantic Region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Branch Managers and representing our company in the market. Your key objectives will include implementing and supporting our key initiatives and goals, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of sales leaders to achieve sales and growth targets

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and success

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

5+ years of leadership experience in sales or a related field

Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
