Job DescriptionGrowth and Business Development Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth and Business Development Lead to join our team at Pod. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's trajectory, driving growth, and establishing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Lead new user acquisition initiatives across various channels and approaches, including email outreach and cold calling
- Build and lead a strong user-centric customer success function within Pod
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies
- Participate in user review and market analysis to inform product direction and go-to-market motion
- Establish and maintain partnerships with thought-leaders and sales organizations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth, business development, marketing, or related fields
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of driving growth and innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business results and growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve
