Your Role:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives and drive portfolio growth.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue across various portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to build trust and ensure long-term business success.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure business objectives are met within allocated resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing) and 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of business development and portfolio growth, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze business performance data and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
