Senior Director, Business Development and Portfolio Growth

Pursuing a career as a Senior Director in the Business Development and Portfolio Growth department at the National Bank means being at the forefront of driving business growth and strategic initiatives. Your Role:
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives and drive portfolio growth.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue across various portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.
- Analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to build trust and ensure long-term business success.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure business objectives are met within allocated resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing) and 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of business development and portfolio growth, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze business performance data and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
