Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TC Transcontinental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and driving revenue growth in our Print division.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers or clients through networking and online research.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new business.
- Build and Maintain Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Drive Sales Growth
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Experience in Sales or Business Development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the print industry.
- Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the print industry and its trends.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Results-Oriented
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
