Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office calendars.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and reflecting positively on our company.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
