Senior Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assurance Manager to join our Private Client Services team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality client service, including coordinating review engagements and compilations of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert assurance services to clients, including audit, review, and compilation of financial statements.
- Assess risk and design procedures to engagement teams.
- Manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of Senior Associates and Supervisors.
- Identify and communicate accounting and engagement matters to Senior Managers and Partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in GAAP and the Firm's standards and policies.
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Understanding of compilation, review, audit, and tax services with knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
- Proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
- Successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements.
