Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Tri-Phase Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
