Job Summary:The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring lease agreements are met, and preparing and administering contracts for property services.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Supervise Staff: Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
- Lease Administration: Ensure that lease agreements are met and that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
- Property Management: Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, and monitor progress and cost.
- Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports.
- Client Communication: Ensure a prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, and team player.
