Lead AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our team at the Kraft Heinz Company. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of advanced analytics insights, ensuring that Machine Learning models receive the right data at the right time to deliver accurate results.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of major modeling techniques and experience managing technical teams delivering analytical capabilities. They should also have hands-on experience with analytical tools, including AzureML, Vertex, SageMaker, Snowflake, DataBricks, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or R.

In this role, you will work closely with the Data Scientist, Cloud and Data Engineering organization to develop new solutions and improve existing ones. You will be responsible for implementing machine learning algorithms and customized libraries, as well as assisting the Data Science team with the development of complex tools, models, or database builds.

You will collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop data and model pipelines, and improve existing Machine Learning models. Your experience in managing technical teams and supporting ML models in a production cloud environment will be valuable assets to our team.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of major modeling techniques (Linear and Logistics Regression, Bayesian, Time series, Confidence interval, Deep Learning, etc.)
  • Experience managing technical teams delivering analytical capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools (AzureML, Vertex, SageMaker, Snowflake, DataBricks, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or R)
  • Working knowledge on LLM operations (including fine tuning and grounding techniques) and prompt engineering best practices
  • Strong experience developing CI/CD pipelines
  • Fluency in version control tools and practices (Github, Azure DevOps)

The Kraft Heinz Company offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
