As a frontend software engineer at Dreamwell, you’ll play a pivotal role in reimagining our interface to leverage the latest advances in AI, delivering intuitive and data-driven SaaS platforms for B2B users. Our vision is to combine the sophistication of tools like Meta and Google Ads with seamless AI functionality, simplifying campaign management and empowering customers to maximize their marketing impact.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Reimagine the Marketing Interface: Lead the development of interfaces that integrate AI and automation, making campaign management as intuitive as it is powerful.
  • Own the Full Product Lifecycle: Build world-class, intuitive products with deep ownership from engineering design to deployment.
  • Work Across the Stack: Contribute to our tech stack, including TypeScript, React, Node, React, Postgres, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  • Leverage AI for Marketing Performance: Integrate state-of-the-art AI models to reveal insights and improve campaign results.
  • Steer the Roadmap: Engage with customers to inform and guide product development.
  • Expand Product Lines: Lead new initiatives like our influencer-facing software and experimentation platform.


What We're Looking For

  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of driving complex engineering projects for B2B web applications. Experience with data-rich dashboards, reporting tools, and complex UIs is essential.
  • Shipped at Scale: High standards for building, launching, and maintaining products used by enterprise customers.
  • Systems Thinker: Experience orchestrating requirements across business, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Expertise in Advanced Interfaces: Background in building systems that handle automation, personalization, AI-driven insights, or chat UX is highly desirable.
  • Frontend Leadership: Deep understanding of frontend frameworks, performance optimization, and scaling web apps. Full-stack experience is ideal.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Thrive on tackling technical challenges and creating elegant solutions with ownership and autonomy.
