Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Compelling Product Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a clear direction for our AI-driven property management tools.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage customer insights and data to guide product design and feature enhancements, ensuring our solutions are intuitive and scalable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, customer success, and sales teams to drive development cycles and ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Research and Benchmarking: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to position STAN AI as the leader in AI-powered property management solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for product success, refining features based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Product Evangelism: Act as the voice of STAN AI's product, driving adoption and promoting a customer-centric culture across all product development stages.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience within B2B2C SaaS, preferably with AI or tech-enabled service companies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management solutions or experience with AI-driven applications in a customer-focused SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working closely with engineers, with an understanding of AI fundamentals and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics to measure product success.
  • Customer-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience in translating customer needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong storytelling skills to articulate product vision and motivate teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 based on experience

This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters, located in North York. We believe in fostering collaboration and innovation through an in-person work environment.
