At STAN AI, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our AI-driven property management solutions. With a strong background in B2B2C SaaS and experience in working with AI or tech-enabled service companies, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, driving customer engagement, and promoting a customer-centric culture across all product development stages.

The Role:

As an AI-Powered Property Management Innovator, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining Product Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product roadmap that aligns with STAN's mission and customer needs.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage customer insights and data to guide product design and feature enhancements, ensuring our tools are intuitive, scalable, and address critical industry challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, customer success, and sales teams to guide development cycles, from ideation to execution, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Research and Benchmarking: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to position STAN AI as the leader in AI-powered property management solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for product success, iteratively refining features based on performance data and customer feedback.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience within B2B2C SaaS, preferably with AI or tech-enabled service companies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management solutions or experience with AI-driven applications in a customer-focused SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working closely with engineers, with an understanding of AI fundamentals and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics to measure product success.
  • Customer-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience in translating customer needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong storytelling skills to articulate product vision and motivate teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 based on experience, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of AI-powered property management.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters, located at 111 Gordon Baker Rd, North York. We believe in fostering collaboration and innovation through an in-person work environment, and applicants should be comfortable working onsite daily.
