About the Role:
As a Global Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and managing existing client relationships. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company and contribute to its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications:
* Sales experience: 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a high-priced product
* Business development experience: Experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
* Leadership: We promote 100% from within and actively develop top performers into management

* Competitive annual salary plus OTE based on monthly commission and repeat business
