Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify all inbound shipments for accuracy and completeness, and perform established pharmacy receiving process.
  • Manage inventory movement in a FIFO or FEFO manner, ensuring that products are stored and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including waybills and packing slips, and ensure that all products are properly packaged and labeled.
  • Monitor and replenish shipping materials as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with administrative functions, such as filing and data entry, and provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; previous experience in a pharmacy or logistics environment an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and perform repeated reaching, bending, and lifting daily.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment daily, and maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment.
  • Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail, and work well under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and independent worker requiring minimal supervision.
