Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Verify all inbound shipments for quantity and any shipping damage, and perform established pharmacy receiving process to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Quarantine and Storage: Relate to all inbound receipts and returns as outlined in the pharmacy SOPs, and ensure proper storage of product to maintain quality and safety.
  • Packing and Shipping: Verify product, quantity, shipping location, and box pack out against accompanying documentation, and prepare shipping documentation, including waybills and packing slips.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor and replenish shipping materials as needed, and assist with administrative functions, such as filing.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all sensitive products are handled and labelled accordingly, and act as the final check to ensure the right prescription reaches the right destination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Skills: Proficient in English language (reading, written, oral and mathematics), ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail.
