Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control
  • Manage inventory movement, following FIFO or FEFO protocols
  • Store and handle products according to SOPs and temperature requirements
  • Pack and prepare shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier regulations
  • Monitor and replenish shipping materials as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmacy or logistics setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English language (reading, written, oral, and mathematics)
