Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Verify all inbound shipments for quantity and damage, perform established pharmacy receiving process, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Quarantine and Storage: Manage the quarantine process for all inbound receipts and returns, and ensure proper storage of products.
  • Packing and Shipping: Verify product quantities and packaging requirements, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor and replenish shipping materials as needed, and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative functions, such as filing and data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Skills: Proficient in English language, ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in a cold environment
