Job Title: Shipping Coordinator with CSR Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator with CSR Support to join our team at Imperial Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the CSR team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.
  • Manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on inventory levels, shipping schedules, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, with a focus on customer service and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management software an asset.
