About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team in the Hospitality Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required
