About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. as a User Support Expert. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in technical support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.
    • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and deliver training programs to users on various technical topics, including software applications, hardware maintenance, and network security.
    • Provide guidance and support to users in using new technologies and software applications.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Document and maintain a comprehensive log of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other technical support team members to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures.
  • Business Systems and Network Support
    • Provide technical support for business systems, network, and Internet-related issues.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of business systems and network infrastructure.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance
    • Set up and configure computer equipment, software, and other technology-related systems for users.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of computer equipment and software.
  • Web-Server Backup and Recovery
    • Perform regular backups of web-server data to ensure business continuity.
    • Develop and implement procedures for web-server recovery in the event of a disaster or system failure.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English language.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
