Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and Internet services, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
  • Install and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software, to meet user requirements.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for our Web servers to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
