Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. as a User Support Expert. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with their computer systems and software.
    • Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
    • Provide advice and training to clients in response to identified difficulties.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration
    • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
    • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Infrastructure Support
    • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to clients in response to identified difficulties.
    • Set up equipment for client use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
    • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
