Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to users on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with other technical support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, with a focus on user support and troubleshooting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
