Parks Canada is a federal government agency responsible for the protection and presentation of nationally significant examples of Canada's natural and cultural heritage.

The Human Resources Manager will oversee human resources (HR) management services, providing expert advice and guidance across various disciplines in the Yukon Field Unit.

This role involves managing a team of four professionals and overseeing HR services for approximately 146 employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing HR services in disciplines such as Labour Relations, Classification, Staffing/Resourcing/Recruitment, Learning and Professional Development, HR Planning, Disability Management.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to provide strategic advice to address complex human resources issues and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

As a member of the Parks Canada team in the Yukon, you will play a crucial role in working with Indigenous partners to protect, present, and share remarkable places.

The salary range for this position is $99,074 to $110,122 per year, plus applicable isolated post allowances and vacation travel assistance.
