About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to lead our Positioning Technology service operations in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service department, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery
    • Manage service workflow to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services to customers.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders and customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the annual service department budget to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor financial performance and take corrective action to address any gaps or discrepancies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of service revenue, expenses, and activities.
  • Employee Supervision and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of service personnel, including foremen, service writers, and technicians.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5-7 years of progressive experience in service, management, and business, including experience in the Positioning industry or a related field.
    • Proven ability to travel to customer sites and troubleshoot/resolve customer issues.
  • Skills
    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to exercise sound judgment when dealing with customers.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and branch personnel.
    • Ability to organize work, set priorities, and achieve work-related objectives and goals.
    • Strong commitment to occupational health and safety and ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
