We are seeking a seasoned Cruise Industry Leader to join our team at AMA in Edmonton. As the Manager, Travel Products and Sales, you will be responsible for leading the modernization of AMA Travel's services and member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in the cruise industry to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member experience, foster supplier relationships, and promote sales growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (an asset).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in Cruise, Tour, and Luxury Travel across multiple suppliers and destinations.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of success in supervisory or management roles.
