Key Responsibilities- Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
- Participate in the production and verification of related work
- Train and coach other team members
- Manage and monitor budget
- Enhance client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to the requests of clients, members, and trustees
- Assist team in executing a variety of special projects
- Propose methods for enhancing our processes
- Minimum of 7+ years' of relevant experience in DB pension administration
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science or other relevant training
- Exceptional collaborator with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, bilingualism considered an asset
