Restaurant Operations Manager

PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, focusing on food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as needed.
- Develop and implement work schedules to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Work Environment:
The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Degree in Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
