About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Zoom Rent A Car. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
Work Arrangements
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
