About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Sales and Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Communication and Support: Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of our sales and client relationship management processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience: In a sales or client relationship management role, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record: Of successfully acquiring and retaining clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Certifications and education: Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), or completion of a recognized program/certification in Gerontology, Dementia, Customer Service, or Hospitality would be considered a strong asset.
