About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims and Policy Business Process Analyst to join our team at Randstad Digital. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Guidewire Claims Center and Policy Center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, system configuration, testing, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize Guidewire applications to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Document business processes and procedures
  • Work with technical teams to configure Guidewire applications
  • Develop test plans and conduct testing
  • Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in Guidewire applications, business process modeling, and requirements documentation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

This is a full-time contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, with possible extension. The position requires hybrid work, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Toronto, ON, CA.
