About the Role:

The Digital Marketing & E-commerce team is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead our CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle.

This hybrid role requires a CRM expert with technical skills, analytical thinking, and passion for developing and optimizing automation campaigns.

You will be responsible for owning the technical strategy and integrations between the Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce), enabling best-in-class email, SMS, and push campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive lead generation, retention, and winback.
  • Manage data integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless communication across all channels.
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models to optimize engagement and reduce churn.
  • Create complex customer segmentations to tailor communication throughout the customer lifecycle and business objectives.
  • Design and implement journeys, triggers, and campaign logic to ensure relevant communications across all channels.
  • Maintain data quality across our B2C/B2B database with the support of our Data Team and Salesforce Team.
  • Analyze and track email communications to evaluate and optimize results of all campaigns.
  • Identify gaps and improvement areas in existing framework and technical implementations.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel and Tourism or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in CRM, marketing operations, or marketing automation teams, client or agency side.
  • Extensive experience in Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and data accuracy/completeness.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate recommendations.
  • Proven track record executing lead generation, acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and retention marketing campaigns.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to test and learn independently, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
