Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Automation Strategist at Canada Goose, you will play a critical role in driving the company's global email marketing initiatives. With 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs, you will leverage your expertise to develop and optimize automated email journeys, drive customer engagement, and boost retention.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end management of triggered email programs, collaborating closely with partners across Analytics, Tech, CRM, and E-commerce.
  • Your task will be to identify triggers for automated email programs, personalize content, and optimize campaigns through measurement and A/B testing.
  • You will oversee the execution of triggered emails, including briefing, content creation, segmentation, UAT, and post-evaluation.
  • Utilizing customer data, you will segment audiences and deliver personalized email marketing programs to drive engagement and conversion.
  • You will monitor the performance of triggered email programs and continuously improve outcomes through analysis and optimizations.
  • Management of relationships with marketing technology vendors will also be a key aspect of your role, staying up-to-date on application roadmaps, planned enhancements, and updates.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with web analytics tools (including Google Analytics)
  • Management of Marketing Automation technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • University/College degree in marketing or business
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and analytics/business insights tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and email best practices
