  • Provide exceptional customer service to current members, building strong relationships and retaining them through regular contact and support.
  • Manage and resolve member concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education related to the health and fitness industry is an asset.
  • 1+ years of sales and customer service experience are required.
  • Related industry experience is an asset.
