Republic Packaging Corp is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our ISO certified facility in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Billing and office support.
- Build rapport with customers and work to ensure they receive excellent service.
- Update customer information and requirements as necessary.
- Use company ERP system to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status.
- Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, escalate to the appropriate individual.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 year college degree in Business or related area preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of Customer Service experience in a Business to Business capacity.
- Experience in the packaging industry preferred manufacturing a close second.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and ability to resolve customer grievances.
- Ability to maintain good customer relations.
- Excellent computer skills with an ability and willingness to learn and adapt to ERP systems and processes.
